2. Shipping Delays: Focar is not liable for logistics delays regarding purchased units. However, we remain committed to assisting customers in resolving issues that fall within our direct control.
3. Transaction Responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for the terms of their transactions. This includes managing payments, shipping, insurance, taxes, licensing, and compliance with return policies.
4. Force Majeure: Focar shall not be held responsible for service disruptions or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, power outages, internet failure, labor strikes, civil unrest, or governmental mandates.

3. Account Integrity: If a user provides fraudulent information during registration, Focar reserves the right to deactivate that account. All rights not explicitly granted to the user in this document remain the property of Focar.
